This paper presents a review of the theory and applications memristor cellular nonlinear networks. By mapping physical processes to memristive framework, all resistive switching devices can be modeled. The idea is find state variable that with high accuracy important features system, its dynamics, time evolution in response inputs memristor. In order develop new design memristor-based networks (MCNN), circuital mathematical models need introduced. this way, implementation into software packages for computer-aided integrated circuit realization achieved. Another challenging problem studying complex behavior MCNN by means local activity generalizing it various test cases. An application hardware these found nanostructures.
